Product description:creatinol-o-phosphate is actually not creatine although it is similar in molecular structure. it acts more as an intracellular buffer somewhat similar to carnosine.this is important for hard training athletes as it increases anaerobic glycolysis in the presence of lactic acid.basically it will allow an athlete to train longer and harder by delaying fatigue and allowing for more muscle fiber recruitment.
