Product description:Yellow crystalline powder. Melting point 163 ℃, soluble in chloroform and dilute acid, soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in acetone, almost insoluble in water. Odourless and slightly bitter taste.Have the thrombosis. Dipyridamole inhibit platelet aggregation, high concentration of 50 mu (g/ml) can inhibit platelet release. Mechanism may be as follows: (1) intake inhibit platelet adenosine and adenosine is a platelet response inhibitor. Inhibition of phosphodiesterase, platelets to the inner ring adenosine monophosphate (cAMP).
