Product Description:Monascus RED(TR) powdered pigment based as the main raw material, rice, soybeans the Monascus submerged fermentation process and unique extraction technology to produce natural food coloring. Monascus pigment red yeast rice liquid ethanol extraction or extracted from Monascus in submerged culture, crystallization, refined product obtained. Monascus red is dark purple liquid or powder or paste, slightly abnormal odor, insoluble in water, glycerol, soluble in neutral and alkaline aqueous solution.
