Product description:Neotannase is an extracellular enzyme produced in Aspergillus niger. Work is as a lipase enzyme, tannin as tannic acid decomposition. 
Features: This product is fully consistent with UN Food and Agriculture (FAO), World Health Organization (WHO) and Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) under the food-grade enzyme standard. 
Energy: 200 tannase units / g 
Appearance: Powder 
Water solubility: soluble in water 
Add the amount : This product recommended dosage tannin weight 0.03 ~ 0.10% 
Temperature effects:This product is the best role of the temperature of 45 ~ 50 ℃, but in the appropriate temperature, pH and culture temperature of a wider role. 
PH value:Tannase Neotannase the optimum pH value of 4.5 to 6.0, the effective role of pH 4.0 to 7.0. 
Storage and Stability: This product is below 10 ℃ storage, you can save at least two years.
