Ascorbic acid , sulfur dioxide and promote its degradation.Available annual herb Roselle calyx with water or ethanol extraction, concentration, or further drying derived.For acidic, without high temperature heating of food, cold drinks, jelly, jam, syrup, powder drinks, etc..
